clicking debug/run again does not "work"

Hey

In lastest pycharm and even before I Noticed that if I press to build/run/debug python app again. It does not happen.

My STOP icon change from RED square to RED scull and then app does not run again.

How an I configure pycharm to work like in old days where it force kill old process & run new one with 1 click?

Hi, it's probably https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-50207

Should be fixed in 2021.3, meanwhile please use the workaround from the ticket.
