font issue

Hello. I am a developer in Korea.
I am using IntelliJ on Windows. I like the monaco font, so I mainly use it. Since the monaco font is not installed in Windows by default, I download the font separately. In IntelliJ of my desktop PC, the monaco font is applied well. However, on my laptop, the monaco font doesn't look like the attached picture. Tried it on multiple computers so far and had the same issue. But I couldn't figure out the cause. So I want to contact the technical support team
