Download location of Mysql Database driver

Our company has a policy that all artifact are downloaded via our Artifactory instance.  I can't seem to get IDEA to download the mysql JDBC driver through our artifactory.  It is trying to go through repo1.maven.org regardless of what I try to set.

I have taken repo1 out of list of remote repositories for Maven, I have also set Maven to look at my local settings.xml which is pointing to our artifactory.  So unless there is something else in settings I need to change I am out of ideas (no pun intended.)
