Can't claim my student license

I've registered on jetbrains and created my account and when I claim my student license by entering my email, it tells me that I'm gonna receive an email, I've checked both my student email and my personal which I used to register to the website, no trace of this verification email.

When I try to login to intellij idea, it just doesn't work telling me : " There are no valid licenses associated with the account (my email)"
