Event Log unreadable

II installed IntelliJ 2021.3.2 (fresh) without any plugins.
The output in the Event Log is unreadable, because the text color is the same as the background color.
Switching themes does not work.
Copying the output in the Event Log to a Scratch file shows the original text.

Does it help to reset settings (File | Manage IDE Settings | Restore Default Settings)?

Attached are the console color settings

Changing them does not show any result.

Nope resetting the settings does not make a difference
