A way to stop code analysis on commit (Again)?

Before I check in code IntelliJ runs some sort of code analysis and then complains about...things...which I almost never care about.

I would like to turn this off. Preferably permanently.

suggests you can uncheck something or other, but that checkbox seems to have disappeared from the latest version.

A little help, please?
