IntelliJ, Android Studio - Change Background Color

Hi.

I'm using both IntelliJ and Android Studio with High Contrast theme.

But it's hard to distinguishing the two, so I want to change the background color of one of them.

This is my current IntelliJ screen.

and below is the android studio screen.

I know how to change the editor area and console area. but how can I change the background color of the rest? (project view, righet side bar, toolbar, etc..)

I really like high contrast theme, so I don't wanna change the theme. I just wanna change the background color.
