JetBrains Client: Is SSH tunneling supported? How do you do it?

I'm trying to use the JetBrains Client product to connect to an internal server. I use both IntelliJ and PyCharm. I normally use a Mac, but if a Windows machine would be better for using JetBrains Client, I could do that instead.

Here's what I want to do:

I connect to my computer at work using SSH to port 591. Then, once I have the SSH session running, I connect from within there, using SSH to port 22, to another computer with is not directly visible from outside.

Is it possible to do that with JetBrains Client? How would I set it up? Thanks.
