Not able to Create and Import a new Project in Intellij

Hi Team, I am really struggling there, not able to import to and create a new project, sbt built is not synchronizing. It is constantly running and not able to download. I have tried a different community versions but am still not able to fix that. 

Could you please help me here with this? Thanks !!
