I cannot open feature "Open File or Project" in IntelliJ version newest on April 17, 2022

Dear IntelliJ team support,
I just downloaded the latest version of intelliJ ultimate on April 17, 2022 .
After download and install , I have the following problem:
The "Open File or Project" feature shows the loading status for each drive in my computer.
I've let IntelliJ load my computer's drive for hours, but it's still the same. I don't know if this problem is caused by me updating to the latest version of intelliJ?
All previous versions of intelliJ I used normally for this feature. I have attached the image that I am experiencing below.
I hope to get support as soon as possible from intelliJ team

We are working to eliminate that bug, see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-101218
The new chooser doesn't suffer from this problem, please give it a try (registry,
idea.ui.new.chooser).Alternatively, you can enable system file chooser (ide.win.file.chooser.native=true)
