Deploy plugin for specific operating systems

I have the same issue as in https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000891500-Deploy-plugin-for-specific-operating-systems . Serge Baranov said it is going to be implemented soon (4 years ago), but I cannot find related information in the document.
It OS-specific plugin versioning supported now?
