Intelij subscription license support versions

Hi all,

I have subscription license for IntelliJ that was valid till 12/04/22.

I expected version 2021.3 to be supported for this license, but my license server return no license for version 2021.3.

for version 2021.1.3 it is work well.

Any idea?

You are trying to use Perpetual license: https://sales.jetbrains.com/hc/en-gb/articles/207240845-What-is-a-perpetual-fallback-license-

In this case, a version of the IDE which is covered by your subscription within 12 months is available to you. 

IntelliJ IDEA 2021.1 has been released at April 7, 2021: https://blog.jetbrains.com/idea/2021/04/intellij-idea-2021-1/
So, your subscription covers it for 12 month

2021.3 has been released at November 30, 2021: https://blog.jetbrains.com/idea/2021/11/intellij-idea-2021-3/

And your subscription covers only 5 month of this release. 

That is why 2021.1 is available for you, but 2021.3 - is not.
