Can't start JetBrains: "failed to load jvm dll". Already defined the JAVA_HOME variable on the computer

Installed on Windows 7 x64 PyCharm Community Edition 2022.1. On startup it gives the error "Failed to load JVM DLL C:\Program Files\JetBrains\Pycharm Community Edition 2022.1\jbr\\bin\server\jvm.dll..."
Googling the error, I installed JDK 18.0.1.1 (64 bit).
Defined JAVA_HOME variable as C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-18.0.1.1.
But the problem was not solved, an error is also displayed at startup. 



I've been struggling with the error for a few days now, any help would be greatly appreciated!
