Cannot obtain ticket from [license server endpoint] due to connectivity problem: Remote call failed: Found

Mid execution it seems that I was no longer able to execute a script and received this issue. Although I have seen similar issues posted this is the first with a specific issue of 'Remote call failed: Found' - any idea what is happening?
