Add support for .cairo files
The .cairo file format is used to develop smart contract targeting the Starkware L2 VM.
There is currently a plugin for VSCode but on pycharm is only possible to use plain text format yet.

That'd be awsome, I had to use VSCode because of this but would love to keep using the jetbrains suite for Cairo.
