Unable to log in to the accout in intellij idea ultimate

Today i have configured the intellij idea ultimate account, but I'm having the issue with login to the account. it throws an error when I'm trying to login to my account . The error was "remote host terminated the handshake". I have attached the screen shots for the captured issues.

The issue could be caused by the local or corporate firewall blocking connections.
Is https://account.jetbrains.com accessible from the browser when the issue occurs?
If you are behind a corporate proxy, make sure the IDE is configured accordingly. The link to the proxy settings can be found in the lower left corner of the activation dialog.
