Export backgropund image along with color settings

In PyCharm (v. 2022. 1.3) I've created a nice combination of colour settings and I'm going to export it into a .jar file so that my colleagues can use it as well.

Along with the colour settings, I'd like to include also a picture I'm using as background: unfortunately I haven't found any option in the Export menu. Is that possible, and if so, how?
