Lee Richards, how much time does it actually takes to get jetbrains free student license through official document? I am facing the same problem as Adam. I applied for a free license via official document about 2 weeks ago. There is still no response.

I was a student license user and I was about to renew it after one year, but my email was blocked, so I sent an official document. my document number is 7241807
But there is no reply in the mail
