How to set focused file color in project pane - and selected item in menus?

I've been searching for about half an hour now and this is really difficult. There are hundreds of possible settings or special nomenclature that JetBrains use for color settings, and that's great, but this one seems to be really core and yet basically invisible.

To be clear, I'm talking about the yellow items here. The selected tab seems to be easy enough to find, but the highlighted "General" and the filename in the project pane seem to be set somewhere I honestly can't find.
