XDEBUG: Start listening connections run listen PHPSTAN and PHP CS

Hello there,

I have some troubles configuring correctly PHPSTORM to use XDebug.

This is not the first time I do this on projects but I don't understand why, each time I click on the button "Start listening for PHP Debug Connections" and without doing anything else, the debugger opens itself and opens the binary php-cs-fixer or phpstan in my vendors and break on the first line of each binary.

I don't really know which information you need to help me so I'll wait until you ask me for extra info.
