Problem with attributes in Android layout designer

Hi,
I've this strange problem with Idea after updating to the version 2022.2.1
Normally I've a combobox with the list of attribute I can apply to the item, example
In this project instead I've this,
no combobox at all.
The app compile without any problem.
I've already invalidate the cache and restarted Idea but no change.
Do you have any idea of what I can try ?
