How to change project name next to the project folder name

I can't find the setting to change the above project name within Pycharm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated for this.

You can right-click it and choose Refactor | Rename...
When renaming the project, there are two options:

You need to rename both the project and the directory if you want them to match.
