Can't run jupyter cells
For some reason I am not able to run the cells in the jupyter file. I have tried deleting the .idea and it works for a while but then starts giving problems again.
Error message - This file does not belong to the project

What version of PyCharm are you using?
When the error appears, is it reproducible with all of your jupyter notebooks?
