Could you share the entire IDE logs folder after restarting and reproducing the problem? (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data)
Also, please clarify the exact steps to reproduce the issue.

I'm now using Fedora36 on VM. The same issue is there for linux. I try the replace the new json file but the issue is not fixing

Kapilashantha Does it help if you disable the Kotlin plugin and restart the IDE?
I just check by disabling Kolin plugin but still same the issue

I'm using VMware tool on windows 11 (windows has configured the corporate proxy for accessing the internet). However, it's still failing when I'm using hotspot from my mobile (disable the proxy setting in windows)
But it's still confusing me why I can't access the URL https://plugins.jetbrains.com/files/pluginsXMLIds.json even I'm connecting from mobile hotspot

Yes can access internet from VM.
For my testing, I have disabled the proxy and use my private WiFi.
What do you see if you open the developer tool?

Hello, I have the same issue with CLion 2022.2, I'm trying to install Conan and it says that "Search results could not be loaded Check internet connection" and I don't know what to do. I also tried setting my proxy to auto, and It doesn't work. Also in my vmoptions I could not find any line that is set to false. Any help?

Can you access https://plugins.jetbrains.com from the browser? If you have any proxy settings in your browser, please configure the same in File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | HTTP Proxy .
