Japanese characters not displaying properly

Hello!, I am trying to make a game that contains Japanese in it. But for some reason, it throws an error upon launch, but it does show the window, although it shows a weird text format. Is there a way to fix this?

Please provide a couple of screenshots showing the problem.

Try to pass -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 for your application under Run | Edit Configurations... | Choose your configuration | Modify Options | Add VM options.
