Chop Down Always 关注

I'd like the ability wherever "Chop Down If Long" is present to always perform this, regardless of length. I dislike wrapping and would rather my code always line up with the chop down format however there is no option to perform this action always unlike wrapping.

I.e. "Chop Down Always"
