Couldn't refresh skeletons for remote interpreter with Docker interpreter

When trying to create a Docker interpreter, I receive the error "Couldn't refresh skeletons for remote interpreter" and the following output.

failed to run generator3/__main__.py for /root/.venv/my_project/bin/python3, exit code 1, stderr: ----- [1A[1B[0G[?25l[+] Running 1/0 [34m ⠿ Volume "my_project-remote_925a3baa-8af5-412c-a8c1-8bc465d12d09" Created 0.0s [0m[?25h -----

I'm using a Poetry virtual environment created within an existing virtual environment (see https://python-poetry.org/docs/basic-usage/#using-your-virtual-environment for details) but I don't think that's the source of the issue. It's failing at the same point each time (namely, when evaluating 'apache_beam.coders.coder_impl').

I've tried creating the Poetry environment locally and can see that while it's extremely slow it doesn't fail in this same way.

Is there any way to resolve or work around this?

Hello,

There is a known issue with Docker-Compose v2. If you are running a Docker desktop, please navigate to settings, turn it off and try it again.
