Latest update loses multiple rows of tabs
New update (2022.3) is great thanks, but now I don't have the ability to have my tabs on multiple rows. This used to be an option in the settings but now it's gone.
Please bring this back since I can use quite a few files when I'm working and now I can only see around 12 and all the names start getting cut off as the tab widths start shrinking horizontally.
Also I currently have the Tab limit setting to 30 and the Close unused radio checked. Even though I have not reached that limit, when I open new tabs, unless I make a change, they close automatically.
So, overall, a great update, but the tabs part is now messed up (in my mind). Thanks.

Could you please check if you have Close unchanged option enabled in Settings | Editor | General | Editor Tabs > Closing policy?
Update: I had to revert back to 2022.2.2. I couldn't read the file names on the tabs anymore since they all get squished on to one row and the horizontal width of each tab gets condensed as you add more tabs. Bummer because I was just getting used to the new ui.
Thanks for the youtrack links, looks like I'll just use the older version until this is fixed and released.
