How to reinstall pycharm in Ubuntu

I have a little problem with pycharm。
I need to kill the original java process every time I close and reopen.
and I can't create a new file（The performance is to keep turning in circles）
So I want to ask how to solve this problem or how to uninstall and reinstall

and when i restart Pycharm the code will lost

so i hope to get some help
