Do not open last closed project but a splash screen instead with all recent projects.

Every time I open PyCharm, it opens the project that was open last time I closed it. This sometimes makes me waste time, because the project takes time to load, and it's not the project I want to work on.

Is there a way to set PyCharm to instead open by default to a blank project or, better yet, to a sort of splash screen with all my recent projects?
