UI of WebStorm is bugged - righthand panel is extra wide

Hello, and happy holidays. :)

Today when I opened the WebStorm IDE, the UI was bugged. The side panel on the right side (where notifications and Make buttons are) are extra wide. See below: 

I tried restarting, also tried repairing the IDE (thru the Repair setting) but nothing worked. I also tried uninstalling it... but it didn't work, because I guess some cache is stored somewhere, that I could not remove. I had it installed thru `brew` so, I tried uninstalling from there - didn't fix the issue. Also tried uninstalling with AppCleaner, so it can find all cached files related to the app that are stored on the computer - but this didn't fix the issue.

I really need this to be fixed asap, cuz I can not work like this. So, all suggestions are very welcome!

UPDATE:
It turned out to be the Rust plugin that caused this UI issue. I don't know why... 
I re-installed the plugin and it was fixed.
