Can't work with Intellij because of constant internal error

I use a macbook. I continually have the problem in classes as shown in the picture. Deleting the file and then command+z helps, but the same error appears in the next file and so on and so forth. Often in multiple files at once. I disabled all plugins, deleted the .idea folder, rebuilt the project, but the problem did not disappear.
Any ideas how to solve this?

Please try using the latest build from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download
If the problem remains, restart the IDE, reproduce the problem, and collect the IDE logs. (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data) The files can be uploaded at https://uploads.jetbrains.com (do not forget to specify the UploadID here)
Also, you could try to perform File | Repair IDE and File | Manage IDE Settings | Restore Default Settings actions. A settings backup will be created automatically.
