Repeated indexing of already known repos at startup
Hi All,
Does anybody experience repeated indexing of the full repo at startup where the repo has already been fully indexed and did not change in the meantime?
Also the IDE crashed multiple times lately when executing code in the console.
Are there known issues that I overlooked?

Does the full indexing run every time you restart PyCharm and reopen the project? If so, I would suggest submitting a bug report to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/py and providing:
- logs from **Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data** after reproducing the issue
- Information about your interpreter settings (a screenshot of the settings will do)
- Does the issue reproduce in all projects?
