Share "optimize import" and "reformat code" setting

Hello
I would like to turn on the "optimize import" and "reformat code" feature for all projects and share it with my work colleagues. It should be triggered via "Before Commit" or "on save".
I would like to share it via the repository setting where I already share the code scheme or the import with a zip.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to proceed.

These settings are stored in workspace.xml file and are not designed to be shared, see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544839.
There is an open issue about it, please vote at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-259797/Allow-sharing-selected-components-of-workspace.xml.
