I have got it working. I had to assosiate the html file type with angular:  

1. 社区
2. WebStorm
3. intellisense on component properties is missing in angular html templates

There is al light going up. I use Meteor in the same project, but onlty backend. Isn't spacebars the follower of blaze?   seems I should change somehting in the file assosiations for html files

"Just uncheck floating mode and windows mode. "   This works at least in my version (PHPstorm 2017.3)
