Hello. Try this: Settings → Editor → Code Style → PHP → Tab 'Other' → Checkbox 'Align key-value pairs'.

Eugene Morozov, i don't think so. This inspection is opening when I press Alt+Enter → "Edit inspection profile setting". Seems like bug in standard PhpStorm's inspections.
