Btw why do you use strict html? Could you try transitional schema?

As a workaround, you can turn off Xerces validation inspection (Project Settings -> Errors -> XML -> File does not pass external validation).Please file a ticket for the problem.

Your server url in configuration should be http://homepc:9080/youtrack.Then go to Open Task dialog (Tools -> Task) and enter your issue id (VIPA-34) or choose it from completion popup.
