This plugin is not actively maintained, timely updates are not guaranteed. The source code is available at https://github.com/nicity/CppTools/ and skilled users can try to update it manually.

The issue was resolved via support. Missing path mapping configuration was the case.(http://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/webhelp/deployment-mappings-tab.html).

There is a feature to move lines up/down (Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down), but it's not possible to move selection/words with keyboard.

You don't need to specify ipython.exe, use the standard python, as usual. When running console with Interpreter having ipython package installed, it will be used automatically:http://dl.dropbox.com...
