Does it help if you rename ~/.RubyMine31 directory to start with all the defaults?

Weblogic is a J2EE server, not sure how you can use it for Ruby/Rails. It can work with JRuby, but would be tricky to set up and use. RubyMine doesn't support it.See also http://stackoverflow.com/q...

You can lower xmx setting to get smaller dump.

Make sure you have Ruby installation from RubyInstaller with DevKit.
