Could you try removing and creating a new Java SDK and make sure your project uses it?If this doesn't help, try menu File|Invalidate Caches (warning, you'll lose local history!).

Why don't you use auto-import suggestions via Alt-Enter? Or are you not referring to fix import in editor?
