Then please check Settings / ... / Live Templates. In javascript branch select any not working template. Please check its properties: "Applicable in" (at the bottom of the dialog) and "Expand with"...

Resource files under test source directory should go to separate test output path, not into production output path. Do you mean reasources are not copied into _test output_ path?Regards,Alexander.
