I cannot reproduce it. I've created a sample project with one model created by scaffold + factory_girl gem and debugger works ok.rails 3.1.1factory_girl 2.3.2factory_girl_rails 1.4.0rspec 2.8.0

Hi,Actually you need to open several projects in 1 window. This feature isn't ready yet, as a workaround you can set "BUNDLE_GEMFILE" env variable with Gemfile location in run configuration setting...
