Fred, this looks like a corrupted IntelliJ IDEA installation. What exact build numbers did you try? Try full clean IDE reinstallation.

Yes, personal license allows to install and use IntelliJ IDEA on several computers provided that you use it personally.

Until the issue is fixed you should fix 'content' tag value in air application descriptor. The path to swf should be relative to adl launch dir, i.e. to /idea
