Does the problem persist? I have tried to compile muti-module projects and I was unable to reproduce the problem...Can you provide a sample project that demonstrates the problem?

0.6.77 is a release version of the plugin, please use 0.6.96+ nightly build from here:http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/SCA/Scala+Plugin+Nightly+Builds+for+Leda

The Scala plugin is not yet compatible with the IDEA 123.95 EAP.Either wait for a new plugin build or use IDEA 123.94.
