future-fstrings is a third-party preprocessor that is yet to be supported. There is a feature request about it in our tracker -- https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-31537.

I believe it should be pip/pip.ini (with additional "pip" directory) according to the link to pip documentation that I gave. Please double check the paths.
