This corresponds not to Rename but "Move" refactroing and its not available for PHP yet. Theres no dedicated ticket for class move, only for member move, see http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/WI-...

I see your point.We have not received any other reports with such problems. Albeit not many users probably upgraded, since we haven't announced it much. I'll post an automated update info today.FYI...
