This is not related to debugging or IDE but a result of your server response buffering and is an intended behavior.Also the browser may not render some page objects i.e. tables at all until loaded ...

Not sure what you mean under "help preparing" but...Code inspection provides warnings on missing or mismatching PHPDoc comments within editor.Refactor/Rename operation maintains correct class names...
