Linux builds pass this option in different way because of need to load proper version. Look for it inside bin/*.sh and remove entire -agentlib=.... parameter.Alternatively you can download YourKit ...

Check that1) you have PHP enabled in Settings|Plugins2) your .php files assigned to PHP language in Settings|File types.

WebStorm has no slightest idea about .NET albeit very very basic .asp syntax highlighter, but you may use it for javascript/html/css part. Just try to open your project folder and edit some files.
