It is not possible to edit a predefined scheme. To be able to change font settings you need to press "Save As..." first to make a copy of the scheme.

Daniel, there is no import/export functionality for macros, but they are stored in XML file, so you can easily share it. The file is ~/Library/Preferences/appCode20/options/macros.xml.

Don, the structure view shows the structure of the current file, so the classes and symbols are presented the way they are located in the file. It is not possible to sort that view.
