Unfortunately, it looks like there is currently no way to do this. Please create a feature request at: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues and we will extend our Open API.

It's not the right way to run scripts from PhpStorm:) Open script in Editor->Right Click->Debug or you may create corresponding configuration.

As far as I know, there is no Perl support plugin for IntelliJ IDEA, and JetBrains doesn't have any plans to develop one.

If you install "squizlabs/php_codesniffer" 1.4.6 via Composer and specify "vendor/bin/phpcs.bat" it still doesn't work, does it?

There is no idea.log in directory only threadDumps. Does idea.log exists at all?
